OBrien Real Estate recorded a clearance rate this week of 85%, above the state average of 77% as reported by the REIV thus far.

One of Australia’s leading data collection agencies reported this week a five trend that in June 2012 9.5% of Melbourne suburbs had a median price of in excess of a million dollars and in June 2017 32.6% of suburbs exceed a million dollar median.
