Auction results week ending 10th June 2018.
There were 317 auctions scheduled this week in Victoria and 252 results have been collected thus far with a 56% clearance for the state.
One OBrien Real Estate Auction on the southern peninsula managed by the Rye office saw 87 bids from 4 highly competitive bidders to achieve an outstanding result for the vendor.
