Back when Brad was a kid Narre Warren looked very different than what it does today. Growing up there, Brad witnessed a transformation of the Casey/Cardinia region from a rural landscape to an urban living community.
He now lives in Upper Beaconsfield with his wife and two young sons who attend Beaconhills College, Pakenham.
A family man first and foremost, Brad’s priority is spending quality time with his wife and two boys. He’s activity involved in his son’s football team providing first aid when needed. And when he’s not doing that, you’ll find him at the footy with both boys by his side watching his favourite AFL team. Brad also volunteers as class room aid at Beaconhills College when time permits.
With a background in sales for over 20 years, Brad returned to Obrien Real Estate, Pakenham several years ago following a call from Rod Capuano. What motivates Brad is his clients. He’s a hands-on, loyal and friendly agent whose attention to detail means he often sees things other might miss. What Brad enjoys most about the real estate business is client interaction. It's Week 31 of the year and as Victoria braces and prepares to enter stage 4 Restrictions, our Real Estate market continues to defy all odds and expectations. VIC recorded over 1,400 Transactions which was 8 weeks in a row with over 1,000 weekly sales. Nationally, we had 5,411 transactions, (164 more than last week and 1,203 more than the same week last year) that's 7 continuous weeks of Sales above 4,700 weekly Nationally. The National Figures of 5,411 is the highest amount of Sales Transactions in 22 Weeks and it's also the 3rd Biggest Transactional week of 2020. The trendlines, both for VIC & Nationally, continue to rise
