Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Matthew on campaigns, buyers, vendors, negotiations and execution
- Manage buyer enquiries — calls, follow-ups, database updates, inspections and feedback
- Assist with listing preparation including marketing, documentation and coordination
- Attend open homes, private inspections and appraisals
- Maintain tight sales processes through communication and organisation
- Build your personal skills and pipeline within the team
Requirements
- Previous real estate experience (mandatory)
- Current Agent's Representative status or ability to maintain compliance
- Victorian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
- Phone confidence and strong interpersonal skills
- Organisational reliability
- CRM and systems proficiency
