Well I don't know what O'Briens were like in previous years but I can tell you what they are like now in 2018. If you don't use them (Simon -Cranbourne office) you are missing out! We had to sell our home for the best price possible, so If you want to get the best price for your home, then give them a go. Simon was HONEST!! yeah I know that word doesn't seem to fit with real estate agents but it sure does with him. He told me exactly what I needed to do to get the price I wanted. He didn't beat around the bush and lead me on to think I might get more/less than what my home was worth. He was straight down the line! He supported me in the selling process, kept me on track, was professional and courteous at all times. I can't fault the service he provided..... and the outcome?? - Outstanding!!! way above the reserve, so what more could we ask for. Thank you OBrien and specifically thank you to Simon - we couldn't be more pleased.
