When he founded O’Brien Real Estate with Darren Hutchins in 2010, Dean O’Brien shared a vision to establish a successful franchise, which incorporated family values, mutuality, realising potential, embracing change and the importance of nurturing health and energy.
Six years on, and with multiplying offices across Melbourne’s southeast, Dean is relishing the opportunity to share his vision and success with more than 300 individuals across the O’Brien Real Estate team.
As co-director, Dean is passionate about creating a place where people – his staff and all clients – can facilitate their growth. His aim is to foster a professional and outstanding service for those wanting to experience a real difference in real estate.
Since joining the industry in 2001, Dean’s drive to focus on people has created a culture of success and customer service excellence at O’Brien Real Estate.
This culture is something Dean works on everyday – it’s what gets him out of bed in the morning – and his attention to detail and ability to work with people on an individual basis creates a culture where success is maximised.
“If you’re fully committed to real estate, there’s very little you can’t achieve on behalf of your vendors,” Dean explains.
Dean’s skill for matching buyers with a property that best meets their individual requirements is something he prides himself on and he consistently delivers stunning results.
The people, establishing relationships and watching individuals grow and prosper is what Dean enjoys most in his leadership role and is extremely proud of his team’s focus on customer service, which is what sets them apart.
Dean is a family man who enjoys spending time with his wife Tarelle and their three beautiful daughters and also enjoys his involvement with the local basketball competition and the important and ongoing support O’Brien Real Estate offers to community-based charities.
