When Candice purchased her first home aged 20, she was introduced to the exciting world of Real Estate and quickly realised that she was passionate about the industry.
It was this experience that taught her the importance of exceptional service. Good communication, attention to detail and well thought out advice are just some of the rules Candice lives by.
Candice is a dedicated real estate professional who believes in leaving nothing to chance, whether it is the little suggestions that help to ensure that your property is presented to buyers at its absolute best, or making that extra phone call so that you are never left wondering what is happening with your sale or purchase. Her willingness to offer the best advice and care goes beyond the real estate transaction and it is this attribute that ensures her clients have the best customer experience.
Candice works along side husband Chris Hill, a dedicated and experienced Licenced Estate Agent who has been servicing Berwick and its surrounding areas for the best part of a decade. Together they have a daughter, Lola and both love spending time together as a family.

Rain hail or shine the auctions must go on and it seems we had three this week end. There were 334 auctions scheduled this week in Victoria and with the results collected thus far there has been a 74% clearance rate recorded. OBrien Real Estate success rate matched the state at the same 74%.A stand out sale in our group was within the city of Knox 7 Jukes Road Boronia which during the 24 days on market saw 195 people inspect the home, over 150 people at the auction and 6 bidders bid past the reserve price to an eventual selling price of $770,000.
