Lucie is an enthusiastic and experienced property manager with more than seven years of experience in the Real Estate Industry, not only completing her Agents Representative course but also her Certificate Four in Real Estate.
Her past Real Estate experience has taught Lucie the value of clear, open communication with both her owners and tenants and she prides herself on keeping clients fully informed thorough every situation. Her strong organisational skills, honest ethical and professional approach to the industry allows her to stay in control and look after all of her clients with her personal care. She also ensures all potential tenants enjoy a seamless experience when searching for a home making the stressful period of moving into a rental property seamless and stress free.

It's Week 31 of the year and as Victoria braces and prepares to enter stage 4 Restrictions, our Real Estate market continues to defy all odds and expectations. VIC recorded over 1,400 Transactions which was 8 weeks in a row with over 1,000 weekly sales. Nationally, we had 5,411 transactions, (164 more than last week and 1,203 more than the same week last year) that's 7 continuous weeks of Sales above 4,700 weekly Nationally. The National Figures of 5,411 is the highest amount of Sales Transactions in 22 Weeks and it's also the 3rd Biggest Transactional week of 2020. The trendlines, both for VIC & Nationally, continue to rise
