Having a wide depth of knowledge Mark has owned and operated his own Real Estate agency in Mount Martha for many years and had an extensive career in both Residential sales and Property Management.

It's Week 31 of the year and as Victoria braces and prepares to enter stage 4 Restrictions, our Real Estate market continues to defy all odds and expectations. VIC recorded over 1,400 Transactions which was 8 weeks in a row with over 1,000 weekly sales. Nationally, we had 5,411 transactions, (164 more than last week and 1,203 more than the same week last year) that's 7 continuous weeks of Sales above 4,700 weekly Nationally. The National Figures of 5,411 is the highest amount of Sales Transactions in 22 Weeks and it's also the 3rd Biggest Transactional week of 2020. The trendlines, both for VIC & Nationally, continue to rise
