As a Licensed Estate Agent and Sales Consultant, Mark has been making Bayside homes his specialty for more than 30 years. As a Frankston resident, Mark has developed an in depth understanding of the property market in Frankston and surrounding suburbs.
His conscientious attitude and high level of service has seen Mark ranked in the top percentage of estate agents in the country. His hard- working ethic, top negotiation skills and genuine enthusiasm in supporting clients through the difficult terrain of selling a home, has seen Mark break records to get the highest prices and exceed sellers’ expectations.
At his previous Real Estate Agency, Mark was awarded Top Salesperson of Australasia and elite Centurion placing Mark in the top 2% in the world from 8,800 Century 21 offices worldwide.
Mark was also awarded the Top Salesperson for Victoria & Tasmania between 2014-2018.

It's Week 31 of the year and as Victoria braces and prepares to enter stage 4 Restrictions, our Real Estate market continues to defy all odds and expectations. VIC recorded over 1,400 Transactions which was 8 weeks in a row with over 1,000 weekly sales. Nationally, we had 5,411 transactions, (164 more than last week and 1,203 more than the same week last year) that's 7 continuous weeks of Sales above 4,700 weekly Nationally. The National Figures of 5,411 is the highest amount of Sales Transactions in 22 Weeks and it's also the 3rd Biggest Transactional week of 2020. The trendlines, both for VIC & Nationally, continue to rise
