Monique began her career in Real Estate in 2015, coming from a background in Warranties through a Volume Builder and Corporate Administration. She began her Real Estate journey in Pakenham as a Rental Receptionist and within 6 months of commencement, was granted her own portfolio to manage. Through this time, Monique had also undertaken the role of Rental Department Manager and Business Development Manager, giving her an incredibly well rounded knowledge of the industry as well as the ability to help her clients with any Property Management query they may have no matter how big or small. As someone who takes her career very seriously, Monique prides herself on her adaptability, efficiency, time management and her people skills. She loves Property Management as it is dynamic, no day is the same but she also gets to work with a large number of people, fitting as she’s always up for a chat. Monique is incredibly passionate, she feels very strongly about the importance of effective communication and a great attitude, both such huge factors in running a smooth portfolio and building strong relationships. She believes it is very important to show any and all clients the utmost respect and professionalism they deserve, treating everyone the same as well as her number one rule being “do what you say you’re going to do and if it can’t be done – communicate!”. Since having her first Child in early 2019, Monique returned to work after 6 months with an added sense of purpose in her life and career. Her family mean the absolute world to her and she loves what she does and providing for her people. As an avid reader, when she finds a rare spare minute, she will wind down by reading one of her many books, or spending some quality time with her family and friends.
