Savan’s interesting and diverse background set him apart from other real estate agents. He and his wife arrived in Australia from India in 2004 for him to pursue a Masters Degree in Telecommunication Engineering.
Upon completion he worked in the field for a number of years in the La Trobe Valley, however, decided to return to India for business. What followed was five years working as a developer building residential and commercial properties. During this time his daughter was born and yet another major life decision was made – to move back to Australia for the sake of a better future for his daughter. The family now live in Pakenham.
Indian’s love their cricket and Savan is no exception. Self-described as approachable and sociable, he’s heavily involved with the Indian Association of Cardinia and Casey. He also makes time in his busy life to maintain a health a fitness regime and to volunteer at his daughter’s primary school in Pakenham.
Savan developed a passion for the property business whilst in India and decided that working as a real estate agent provided endless opportunities for him to utilise his valuable property development skills and his fondness for working with and helping people achieve their dream.
Savan has a natural ability to put himself in his client’s shoes. He goes to great lengths to identify their needs and expectations. Savan’s instinctive nature helps him decipher vendors and purchaser’s behaviour enabling him to negotiate the best price and close the deal for his clients. His ability to relate to people, his market knowledge and determination to achieve results are what appeal to Savan’s clients. One client recently remarked that Savan made a stressful process simple and easy.
The real estate business is all about results. A testament to Savan’s ability, success and value as an agent was receipt of the 2018 Company Value Award as voted by his peers and runner-up in the O’Brien Rising Star Award.

Auction sales remain strong with 879 auctions scheduled in Victoria this week and with the results collected thus far a 75% clearance rate has been recorded. There has been a resurgence in Auction sales in the South East Suburbs within the municipalities of Cardinia, Casey, and Greater Dandenong. The team at OBrien Real Estate achieved a 82% success rate at auctions this week with an average day on market of 26 days. A notable sale in Narre Warren North this week which required by request of the vendor formal registration of bidders prior to the auction. There were 16 registered bidders of which more than a dozen competed for the property with an eventual selling price of $1,970,000.
