Ty started his career at 18 in the Somerville agency established in 1993 by his parents- both highly-esteemed industry professionals still today. He did, however, work diligently to forge his own path and became the youngest Victorian to hold an estate agents license at the age of only 19. After his parents sold the business Ty remained on in a management role until he purchased the agency outright in 2003.
He possesses rare insight into the property market and combines this with innate business acumen. A definite go-getter, Ty has bought and sold numerous investment and development properties, and is able to offer a full appreciation of the buying, selling and investing process from the client’s perspective. Officially acknowledged by several prestigious industry awards, he operates a results-driven, service-focused office widely regarded as the undisputed local agency of choice.
Having lived and worked in the area his whole life, Ty has witnessed its progression first-hand. He knows it, its property market and its people well. Ty is also now a Registered Building Practitioner and member of the Master Builders’ Association, adding a rare further element to his already enviable knowledge base.
His expertise combines with a no-stress approach and keen problem solving ability which has rewarded him with positive, long-term relationships with many of his customers, and he can boast high levels of repeat and referral business.
Outside of work Ty enjoys spending time with his wife and twin daughters exploring the Mornington Peninsula’s wineries, restaurants and attractions.

It's Week 31 of the year and as Victoria braces and prepares to enter stage 4 Restrictions, our Real Estate market continues to defy all odds and expectations. VIC recorded over 1,400 Transactions which was 8 weeks in a row with over 1,000 weekly sales. Nationally, we had 5,411 transactions, (164 more than last week and 1,203 more than the same week last year) that's 7 continuous weeks of Sales above 4,700 weekly Nationally. The National Figures of 5,411 is the highest amount of Sales Transactions in 22 Weeks and it's also the 3rd Biggest Transactional week of 2020. The trendlines, both for VIC & Nationally, continue to rise
