My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Michelle Stephens and the team at Obrien’s Real Estate in Carrum Downs recently to sell our house and we couldn't have been more pleased with the service that was provided! We received multiple offers after the first open house thanks to Michelle and her teams incredible work. Michelle brought in an amazing photographer to showcase our house online and in a coloured brochure, this created much more foot traffic and brought in the serious buyers, which resulted in us accepting an offer for more than we expected and it was only on the market for a week. Michelle was wonderful in keeping the transaction flowing and keeping us informed along the way. She was always available to answer our questions (and the buyers from what I understand!) and easy to deal with. We had a wonderful experience and we highly recommend Michelle and the team at Obrien’s Real Estate Carrum Downs.

Rain hail or shine the auctions must go on and it seems we had three this week end. There were 334 auctions scheduled this week in Victoria and with the results collected thus far there has been a 74% clearance rate recorded. OBrien Real Estate success rate matched the state at the same 74%.A stand out sale in our group was within the city of Knox 7 Jukes Road Boronia which during the 24 days on market saw 195 people inspect the home, over 150 people at the auction and 6 bidders bid past the reserve price to an eventual selling price of $770,000.
