OBrien has celebrated an exceptional year of growth, performance and leadership, with more than 350 directors, team members, loved ones and industry leaders gathering at Melbourne’s 1 Hotel for the network’s annual Gala Awards.
The event recognised outstanding achievements across real estate sales, property management, leadership and office growth, highlighting the people and teams driving OBrien’s continued success across metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria.
Managing Director Dean O’Brien said the results reflected the strength, commitment and expertise of the people behind the network.
“These awards are about much more than the numbers. They recognise the people who consistently show up, lead from the front and find new ways to deliver exceptional outcomes for their clients and their businesses,” Mr O’Brien said.
OBrien’s Top Sales Agents Recognised
Luke Magree from OBrien Frankston took out the Top Sales Agent Award after brokering more than 150 sales and listings during the year.
Michelle Stephens was recognised as OBrien’s Top Selling Director, recording more than 300 sales and listings while building a high-performing team and strong workplace culture around her.
“Luke and Michelle have demonstrated what is possible when talent is matched with discipline, consistency and a relentless focus on clients,” Mr O’Brien said.
Carrum Downs & Langwarrin Named OBrien’s Number One Office
At an office level, OBrien Carrum Downs & Langwarrin was named the Number One Office across the OBrien Group, delivering more than 400 sales and listings throughout the year.
The office also achieved outstanding results in property management, with Jae Lukey receiving the BDM Award after growing the rent roll by just shy of 200 new properties under management.
Kayn Luff from Mornington received the Leadership Award for the OBrien Network, while Oakleigh, Mornington and Bairnsdale were recognised as OBrien’s Number One Property Management Teams.

Regional Victoria Delivers Strong Real Estate Growth
Regional Victoria also delivered standout results at the OBrien Gala Awards.
The OBrien Warragul office claimed the network’s Number One Growth position after recording a 50 per cent increase in sales revenue, while David Clark received the Agent Growth Award after delivering more than 60 per cent growth.
The OBrien Bairnsdale office was also named Franchise of the Year, reinforcing the strength and continued growth of OBrien’s regional Victorian network.
“Our regional offices continue to prove that outstanding real estate businesses can be built anywhere when you have the right people, the right culture and a genuine commitment to your local community,” Mr O’Brien said.
Celebrating Excellence Across the OBrien Network
Taken together, the Gala Awards results represent more than a collection of individual achievements. They demonstrate a network where ambitious real estate agents are breaking records, leaders are building high-performing teams, offices are achieving significant growth and property management businesses are expanding at pace.
“Our business is ultimately about people. The numbers are impressive, but behind every sale, every new property under management and every growth milestone is a person who has made the decision to push themselves, support their team and deliver for their clients,” Mr O’Brien said.
From metropolitan Melbourne to regional Victoria, this year’s OBrien award recipients have demonstrated that elite real estate performance is built on consistency, leadership, local expertise and an unwavering commitment to results.
The annual OBrien Gala Awards celebrates these achievements while recognising the people, teams and offices shaping the future of real estate across Victoria.
