In a powerful display of unity and purpose, major names from Australia’s property industry have joined forces with community leaders to launch A Home for All Foundation. This groundbreaking initiative was unveiled at the Ready25 conference in Sydney, where industry leaders—including property companies, celebrities, and athletes—rallied to help tackle homelessness head-on.

What is a Home for all Foundation?
An industry-led commitment established in 2025 by leaders across Australia’s property sector, including REA Group, the foundation harnesses the sector’s collective influence to raise awareness, marshal resources, and deliver long-term solutions to homelessness and housing insecurity. Funds raised will be directed to charities supporting individuals and families affected, while an independent Advisory Committee comprising leaders from housing, property, and homelessness sectors will oversee how these contributions are distributed. This ensures every dollar raised creates meaningful, sustainable impact.
Our Role as a Launch Partner
Becoming a Launch Partner reflects our steadfast belief that ending homelessness requires a united effort. Our support helps fuel the Foundation’s inaugural campaign, A Night Without Home, which encourages people to experience what it means to go without comforts for a night. From staying at the office without power to giving up your bed, the campaign highlights the reality faced by so many Australians. Unlike traditional sleepouts, A Night Without Home shines a light on the 94% of people experiencing homelessness who are not on the streets, but instead living in insecure, temporary, or unsafe conditions.
Why this Partnership Matters
The importance of this movement cannot be overstated. Homelessness in Australia is not limited to rough sleepers; it extends to families and individuals who are one rent rise or one crisis away from losing stability. By focusing on domestic and family violence in its first year, the Foundation is addressing one of the most urgent drivers of housing insecurity, offering those in crisis the chance to rebuild their lives in safety.

This October, A Night Without Home offers businesses, families, and individuals the chance to participate in a collective effort to raise awareness and vital funds. Our team will be taking part in an office sleep out on Thursday 9 October for one night, we’ll step away from the comfort of our own homes and come together in our workplace to experience a small glimpse of the challenges faced by those without secure housing. This initiative is about more than raising money, it’s about raising awareness, starting conversations, and standing in solidarity with the thousands of Australians who go without a safe place to sleep each night. Every donation made to support our sleep out will go directly towards the Foundation’s mission to end homelessness and provide vital assistance to those in need.
