So let's be real about something...this is not a traditional real estate advertisement. We are not going to try and impress you with superfluous adjectives to describe the home. In fact we are going to openly invite you to take advantage of our vendor's new found love, advertise the properties inadequacies and then negotiate the price before you even inspect the home! Confused...let me explain. Our recently married vendors are excited about moving on with their new found life and want to simply put the past in the past. There are no other words to now describe this other than a bargain! With 4 bedrooms plus a study, 3 massive living areas (approx. 27sq's of living), a double garage, all the usual modern conveniences, it is fair to say that we have already negotiated with our vendors to bring you the buy of the decade. Tradition typically dictates you buy the married couple a gift...but this is no traditional couple...this is their gift to you!
