Dual Award Winner at 2018 REIV Awards.

On October 25 2018, the Real Estate Institute of Victoria held their annual “Awards for Excellence”. OBrien was successful in winning two awards at the Gala event held in the Palladium Room at the Crown Casino.
The first award OBrien won on the night was “Corporate Promotion for Multiple Offices”, we are pleased to report it’s the second year in a row OBrien Real Estate has won this award. The judges of the REIV judged the 3 finalists on this award on innovation and differentiation, return on investment, consistency with the long term strategy and the overall contribution made to the real estate profession.
Our second win for the night was the “Communications Award” which recognises excellence in marketing, advertising and communications. Judges rated the finalists in the area’s of staff engagement and development, quality of customer service, return on investment, Innovation and the overall contribution to the real estate profession.
OBrien’s key marketing and communication message for 2018 was its “Real Life, Real Stories, Real Estate Agents” campaign which was real life unscripted client experiences with OBrien Real Estate, with the content promoted through video, radio, youtube and social media.
