We met David Clark of OBrien-Clark R/E at an ‘open for inspection’ which wasn’t suitable for our needs...after a brief discussion he stated he may have another listed home which could suit our brief. Not only did he have the client base but he understood our requirements well, promptly organised access, responded to our further inquiries & professionally handled the negotiation process.Rob & I are delighted to report David found us a wonderful home in a private location - perfect for life’s next adventures. We appreciate his diligent work ethic!

Anthony Is one of the nicest people you could hope to meet. He made us feel at ease from the moment we met him, & we felt like we'd been friends for years, which was really important for us, considering we were buying a home 115kms away. He always returned calls quickly & communicated any changes, to us, immediately. He is trustworthy & reliable, & nothing, (& I really mean nothing), was ever too much trouble. On the are occasion that he didn't know the answer, he would go out of his way to get it (& the right one). He also has a great sense of humour, which is so very important these days, especially when you're making one of the biggest decisions of your life. Whether it's your first or your 50th decision; a little humour goes a long way. This is our second tree-change, & our retirement plan, & Anthony has made it a really pleasant experience for us, so far, (our first tree-change didn't exactly go to plan, sadly); so we're now looking forward, very much to the next chapter of our lives. If & when the time comes again, (to buy or sell), we will definitely procure his services...unless he's retired by then.

Daniel Sheehan in the last year.

Buying or selling a property may be one of the most important decisions you’ll ever make in life, so choosing the right real estate agent is paramount.

Offering you the right advice and the support you need throughout the entire sale process is something Daniel prides himself on, and it’s paved the way towards a long and successful career with over 16 years of real estate experience in the town he grew up in.

“I’ve always felt that gaining the trust of my client is vital. There’s a huge responsibility that comes with this job and it’s a privilege to think that I’m entrusted to play such a major role when dealing with someone’s biggest asset or investment. It’s also very rewarding to be able to help people achieve their goals and realise some of their biggest dreams in life. There’s a certain satisfaction that comes with building trusting relationships and meeting the expectations of my clients, so for me real estate shouldn’t just be a transaction, but rather an experience that leaves you feeling glad you made the right choice. My aim is to build lasting relationships with service and advice that go beyond the day of sale.”

Daniel commenced his real estate career back in 2002 armed with some relevant skillsets and customer service experience acquired from six years of working in the finance industry. His personable nature and trustworthy approach of putting the client’s needs first soon won Daniel a reliable reputation which has now helped him become one of Warragul’s most experienced agents.

Always the perfectionist, Daniel has an eye for detail and a creative flair when it comes to marketing. With an imaginative and hands on attitude comes a pride in his work that ensures your property is presented to the highest possible standard when going to market.

“If it’s worth doing, it’s worth doing well. I’m all about getting it right the first time. Presentation is everything.”
In recent years, Daniel has also developed his skills as an auctioneer, conducting well over 50 public auctions since bringing down the hammer on his first property in 2010. His passion for the job and his desire to evolve in an industry that is constantly changing the way we do things ensure that Daniel will always be one of the leaders in his craft.

A well known and respected local, Daniel is a father of two children. His interests include long distance running, reading, music, basketball and soccer. With his playing years now behind him, Daniel has began coaching soccer at a junior level in a club where he has been a loyal member for most of his life.

Full of energy and enthusiasm, Daniel will always greet you with a smile that lets you know he genuinely loves what he does.
