We met David Clark of OBrien-Clark R/E at an ‘open for inspection’ which wasn’t suitable for our needs...after a brief discussion he stated he may have another listed home which could suit our brief.Not only did he have the client base but he understood our requirements well, promptly organised access, responded to our further inquiries & professionally handled the negotiation process.Rob & I are delighted to report David found us a wonderful home in a private location - perfect for life’s next adventures.We appreciate his diligent work ethic!

Anthony Is one of the nicest people you could hope to meet. He made us feel at ease from the moment we met him, & we felt like we'd been friends for years, which was really important for us, considering we were buying a home 115kms away. He always returned calls quickly & communicated any changes, to us, immediately. He is trustworthy & reliable, & nothing, (& I really mean nothing), was ever too much trouble. On the are occasion that he didn't know the answer, he would go out of his way to get it (& the right one). He also has a great sense of humour, which is so very important these days, especially when you're making one of the biggest decisions of your life. Whether it's your first or your 50th decision; a little humour goes a long way. This is our second tree-change, & our retirement plan, & Anthony has made it a really pleasant experience for us, so far, (our first tree-change didn't exactly go to plan, sadly); so we're now looking forward, very much to the next chapter of our lives. If & when the time comes again, (to buy or sell), we will definitely procure his services...unless he's retired by then.

Since starting his career in 1997, Peter has continuously strived for perfection, not only within his own career and skill set, but for the results of every client which passed his and the OBRE Clark teams path.

“The pursuit for perfection I know is futile, for I don’t believe perfection actually exists. Things are constantly changing… in Real Estate, people change… their needs change…our markets change… technology changes… and as a result the idea of what “perfection” is for our industry will also change. Hence it is impossible. But… that won’t stop me or my team aiming for it! I believe it is the mere pursuit of perfection that has been the corner stone to our success, and the single reason we continue to excel.”

Peter’s career has been a fast paced and action packed event. From starting as a trainee in 1997, his career time-line tallied many proud achievements including both Novice and Senior Victorian Auctioneer of the Year Finalist, countless Industry awards and his crowning moment when he purchased the OBRE Clark Company in 2005 from his parents. Since then he has continued his father’s dynasty opening a second office in Drouin, and mentored one of the most successful and enviable real estate companies the area has seen.

“I don’t want or need to be the biggest… I just want our company to be the best”.

With a real focus on the community that has supported both his career and his family, Peter has donated his time to many local charity groups and committees over the years.

Now a father of two, Peter is more passionate than ever to see the local community thrive, and his pursuit for Real Estate excellence continue.
