With a career that bridges real estate, media, and leadership, I bring a wealth of experience and a passion for driving growth and success. As the Strategic Growth Adviser and Head of Auctions at OBrien Real Estate, I focus on helping our network expand, supporting our franchisees, and delivering exceptional auction services across Metropolitan Melbourne and Regional Victoria.

My journey started in the media industry, where I held senior management roles at Fairfax and News Corp. These roles gave me invaluable insights into marketing, communication, and leadership. Later, I transitioned to real estate, founding and operating my own auction business, which specialised in residential properties. This gave me hands-on experience in the intricacies of auctions and a deep understanding of client needs.

From there, I embraced leadership roles in franchise growth and team management. As the Head of Growth Victoria for Australia’s leading real estate franchise network, I worked on expanding the brand’s reach and influence. Most recently, I served as the Sales Manager of Victoria’s top-performing office, where I led a team of over 30 agents to achieve record-breaking results.

I’m a fully licensed estate agent and a proud member of the REIV, dedicated to upholding the highest standards of professionalism in our industry. Whether I’m facilitating auctions, mentoring agents, or helping businesses grow, I’m deeply committed to delivering results that exceed expectations.
