Brad delivers exceptional service to our Rental Providers and Renters, as well as bringing maturity and depth of experience to our Property Management Team. He says, building rapport and treating clients with respect is a key ingredient in effective communication - we happen to agree with him.

Brad is married with 2 children, Brandon and Scarlett and has lived and worked locally for 15 years. He is an integral part of the OBrien family at Chelsea and is very well respected by clients and staff alike.
