Chad Simons is an experienced real estate professional with a strong background across investment property, property management, and buyer representation. He previously owned and operated a boutique real estate business for seven years, where he helped investors identify A-grade property opportunities and successfully built a rent roll from zero to 150 properties.

Chad has also worked as a Buyer’s Agent, guiding clients through the property purchasing process with a focus on research, strategy, and informed decision-making. His practical, hands-on experience gives him a well-rounded understanding of the property lifecycle and the factors that drive long-term performance.

Chad is passionate about building long-term relationships and is known for his clear communication, transparency, and honest advice. He believes that successful property outcomes are built on trust, education, and alignment with each client’s goals.

Outside of work, Chad enjoys taking his dog for walks along the beach, spending quality time with family, and unwinding with the occasional game of golf.
