Choco Cai

Choco has developed her skills sets in communication, teamwork, time management and planning through her professional career. She can utilize her skills and experiences to provide effective administration support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations, conduct office relations and resolve issues quickly under pressure.

Choco is also a good listener who is very empathetic and who enjoys building positive relationships with people. She welcomes colleagues and clients to come to her with questions, concerns, and problems which fosters strong workplace relations and provides excellent customer service to clients.

Having explored the content marketing arena for years, Choco has extensive knowledge and understanding of social media tools, applications, and procedures. She works closely with the sales team to best promote and market properties in order to achieve optimal results for our vendors.   

Outside of work, Choco likes filming, cooking, and going to the gym to stay fit. She loves spending family time with her daughter, son and husband on her days off.
