As a natural leader, with a passion for property management excellence, Donella has a track record for establishing and directing skilled property management teams of the highest standard. With an outgoing personality and strategic nature, she has a flair for management success and has achieved this since commencing in property management in 1994.

Donella's industry knowledge and experience has been enhanced with each role that she has taken on. She completed her Real Estate Licence in 2010, and has built and run her own boutique Property Management business, delivering exceptional service to a small handful of selected clients. This provided Donella with valuable insights into owning and running a business.

Donella enjoys embracing new challenges, as well as the opportunity to share her extensive industry knowledge, for the benefit of all. With a passion for legislative compliance, particularly in Property Management, she takes pride in the level of training and support that she provides to our staff.
