As the General Manager at OBrien Real Estate since 2015, I’ve had the privilege of supporting our network’s expansion and success. My role allows me to work across a variety of areas, from mentoring franchisees to driving innovation and building strong partnerships. I take immense pride in helping businesses and individuals realise their full potential through structure, operational efficiency, and creative marketing strategies.

I bring a diverse skill set to the table, having worked in both well-established corporates and start-ups, and taken on roles ranging from grassroots positions to senior leadership. My experience spans  Operations, Sales, Property Management HR, IT/Tech, Media & Communications, Leadership, Change Management, Digital and Social Marketing, SEO, Website Design, Business Growth, Compliance, and Mergers and Acquisitions.

I excel in relationship management, face-to-face negotiations, and strategic decision-making, while my strong financial and commercial acumen underpins everything I do. I’m resilient, a lateral thinker, and always ready to find a way forward, no matter the challenge.
