Karen Pearce

Karen Pearce is one of our Senior Property Managers at OBrien Real Estate. With more than 18 years of property management experience, she has managed over 220 residential and fully furnished properties. Based in our Blackburn office, Karen oversees all aspects of property management, with a strong focus on delivering consistently high service standards. 

A key focus for Karen is business development and the continued growth of the property management department. She brings broad experience across all areas of property management, supported by exceptional organisational and leadership skills. 

Known for being approachable, responsive, and clear in her communication, Karen works closely with her team to deliver a seamless and professional experience. Her leadership style is supportive yet disciplined, promoting consistency, accountability, and high standards across all aspects of property management. 

Outside of work, Karen balances her role with family life and her three children, Evan, Elisha, and Blake. She enjoys swimming, reading, long stitch, and travelling with her family. With extensive experience as a Senior Property Manager and Team Leader, Karen brings strategic, people-focused leadership to property management and welcomes your enquiry.
