Matt Dewan of O’Brien Real Estate Cranbourne began his real estate career in 2008 where his hard work and dedication skyrocketed him to Cranbourne's number 1 agent. In 2012 he became Director and Owner of OBrien Real Estate Cranbourne where he has grown and mentored the team to become one of the most successful real estate offices in South-East Melbourne, with record results in Botanic Ridge, Pearcedale, Cranbourne South, Devon Meadows, Blind Bight and Tooradin just to name a few. During his time at the helm, the team has remained the number 1 office in the O’Brien Real Estate network.
Currently the number 1 Director in the O’Brien Real Estate group, he also enjoys proud recognition at number 30 across Victoria in the REA Real Estate Agents Awards and has gained a strong reputation with over 100 real estate awards to date. Having conducted around 5000 open homes in his career, he has met over 15,000 buyers, negotiated over 1550 sales across 25 different suburbs (often recording record prices), sold off-market without marketing expenses whilst maintaining a great database of buyers.

Raised in the bayside suburb of Edithvale, Matt moved to acreage in Sandhurst/Carrum Downs to accommodate his passion for training greyhounds. Away from the office he enjoys quality time with his wife Lynda and their four children, playing the occasional game of golf, enjoying afternoon fishing on Port Phillip Bay, going to the movies, caravanning with the family or spending time at home with the Greyhound puppies dreaming one day of breeding a greyhound champion.
