He says he is highly energetic and extremely driven; attributes that have been complimented in his past workplaces which have centred around customer service roles. He also has a strong desire to learn, noting that he spent a great deal of time researching the industry, and some of its most successful agents prior to accepting this new challenge. Michael describes himself as a team player, a quality that was developed across his time playing junior sport, namely soccer which he still enjoys immensely. He also highlights the important role that his family and close friends play in his life, appreciating the simple things which he says often create the best memories.
