Although new to the Real Estate landscape, Mickayel brings with him a commitment to succeed and a desire to make a positive mark on the industry; one that he discovered a new found passion for when recently purchasing his first investment property.

Mickayel has spent the last six years working in retail, a place where he garnered a strong set of skills, including those that are key to ensuring the diverse needs of each individual are fully met. He believes that following a consistent set of processes and having strong attention to detail are key drivers for achieving favourable outcomes for landlords and tenants alike.

He describes himself as someone with the ability to communicate effectively, and places a high level of importance on being honest, empathetic and reliable. He sees these traits as crucial when being entrusted with managing other people’s investment properties and finding and maintaining secure housing for his tenants.

When not working with OBriens landlords and tenants, he can be found playing basketball, watching sports, and spending time with family and friends.
