Focused on achieving the most effective outcome in any scenario, Rachael believes that her dedication and reliability towards her clients, alongside her strong work ethic, is a big point of difference in her role.

Rachael’s confidence, diligence and attention to detail have allowed her to build a successful real estate career, starting from a receptionist and working her way up to a well-respected Senior Property Manager within the team. During her employment with OBrien Real Estate, Rachael has won numerous Property Management Excellence Awards based on customer satisfaction from direct feedback from both her Rental Providers and Renters.

Hardworking and motivated, Rachael is known for being a passionate learner and is always looking for new ways to grow in her role. Knowing that no two days are the same, Rachael believes that you should never stop adapting and learning from new situations. Building upon her relationships with clients remains a focus for Rachael, who weighs importance on the ability to make every effort with her Rental Providers, Renters and contractors.

Outside of work, Rachael enjoys keeping active, playing netball, socialising with friends and looking after her beautiful nieces.
