Samantha Francis

Originally from Melbourne’s north-west, Samantha fell in love with the Mornington Peninsula lifestyle after moving just before the pandemic. With a background in retail and a degree in fashion, she spent several years in the fashion industry before returning to her true passion—real estate. After starting as a receptionist during her gap year, Samantha has spent the past 14 months in property management and leasing with OBrien Real Estate. Recently discovering a strong passion for sales, she is now thriving as an active Co-Agent, bringing energy, dedication, and a client-first approach to every opportunity. Outside of work, Samantha enjoys staying active at the gym, exploring coastal walks across the Peninsula, trying new restaurants with friends, and spending quality time with her family.
