Sophia Milne is a Business Development Manager at OBrien Real Estate Frankston, working within a family-run business alongside her husband, father, sister and mother. Having grown up on the Mornington Peninsula, she has a strong connection to the local community and a genuine appreciation for the Peninsula’s beachside lifestyle.
Coming from a sales background and having learned from the top-performing sales teams in Frankston, Sophia brings a solid understanding of client service, negotiation and the local property market.
She holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Arts from Monash University, supporting her structured and professional approach to business development. In her role, she focuses on generating new business, onboarding properties and ensuring a seamless transition into management, with clear communication and attention to detail.
Sophia is passionate about building a strong business locally and raising her family on the Peninsula. Outside of work, she enjoys Pilates, interior design, and spending time caring for her family and friends.
