Sue has worked in the real estate industry for more than 6 years in Property Management after a very considerable and highly regarded advertising career which encompassed various facets of the industry specialising in customer service, multi-channel advertising, media sales and marketing. Throughout her career, which also incorporated working for the largest media company globally for more than 20 years, she has developed strong customer service skills along with time management and communication skills and the need to be efficient and organised in her daily life. These fundamental qualities are imperative in the real estate industry as well. Sue takes pride in listening to her clients and providing effective solutions in a prompt and efficient manner. Her attention to detail is impeccable. She understands the importance of having the right people in every property, a regular rental income for owners and repairs and maintenance attended to in a timely manner.
