Truly Exceptional!Couldn't have been happier with Tanja and her team's efforts in selling our property. We had a 4 day trip planned away and thought it was a good opportunity to at least get the first weekend of opens done. Little did we know that when we left on Thursday afternoon, by the time we'd get back on Monday, we'd have the property sold, with a great price and an unconditional contract signed, sealed and delivered! Everything was so fast and seamless. Thursday night dusk photography, on the web Friday, open on Saturday. Then to her credit, she opened the home up again on Sunday to bring more people through, plus those who'd been keen on the Saturday for a second look. Sunday night we were presented with a great offer that was unconditional and a phenomenal price.Further credit to Tanja is I actually had her appraise my property 18 months before we went to market. Some agents might question the seriousness of a vendor who takes that long to put a property on the market, or not be quick and prompt in responding to questions along the way. Not Tanja, she was always fast to respond, and even put me on to a contractor to do some sprucing up of the property who didn't cost an arm and a leg. She also advised me against spending too much money on certain works as unneccesary, and gave me great tips on what we did need to do, but without blowing the budget. Excellent agent, and can highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell their property in Chelsea and surrounding areas.
