New exec appointments put intra-network growth in focus at OBrien.

OBrien Real Estate has bolstered its executive leadership team with the recent appointment of two industry experts in the roles of Head of Business Performance and Chief Marketing Officer.

Lucas Wilson joins OBrien as Head of Business Performance and Growth, a pivotal role in the team to support in-office performance.  Lucas brings 27 years of industry experience across sales, sales leadership, and business performance.

“I’ve known the leadership team at OBrien for a number of years now and I have admired what they have created from afar. Since starting with the team, it’s refreshing to see a group that actually lives its core values and aligns its business goals with them”

“Helping our offices grow this year is our number 1 priority,” said CEO Mitch Armstrong. “With our exceptional on-field performance team in Lucas Wilson and Jason Mudford, our offices will be assisted in all areas of their business”.

Justin Hodgson joins the team at OBrien as Chief Marketing Officer, bringing a wealth of property, digital marketing and technology experience, recently stepping out of Kay & Burton as General Manager of Marketing.

“As a keen observer of the Melbourne property market, it was hard not to be impressed with the growth of the OBrien brand,” said Justin. “From humble beginnings in Melbourne’s south-eastern suburbs to now spanning over 40 offices with 500 staff across the state, it has been a standout in the real estate landscape over the last decade.”

“Since being on board I have been overwhelmed by the warm welcome I have received and seen first-hand how hard the team works together to service our client’s needs,” said Justin.

“Adding new talent to an already talented team, I feel we are well positioned to continue to support our office network and drive exceptional customer outcomes”.

Adding to the growth of the brand, OBrien Corporate recently settled into its new home in South Melbourne. CEO Mitch Armstrong states “the move to South Melbourne was a natural fit and a sign that our brand is a true state-based brand with eyes set on new and exciting markets.”
