Karen has 3 Children and a fur baby. She loves to travel with her husband, overseas when they can. Outside of work and travel, Karen loves reading, horse-racing and spending time with her family.
Karen’s clients have always commended her on her professionalism, trust ,honesty and high levels of customer service. Communication is the key to providing wonderful service and Karen prides herself on giving everyone the same level of service. 

Karen grew up in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne and worked in retail for 24 years, for 12 of those years Karen was the Department Manager and enjoyed helping to develop the team and assist in the team’s growth and ensure that they were delivering the highest level of customer service to their clients. It was a natural progression into property management a few years ago for Karen as her passion for delivering the highest level of customer service, saw her develop a passion for Property Management. Karen has lived locally in the City of Casey for the last 20 years.

Bridget Daly the Property Manager is very supportive, prompt, efficient and excellent professional service since the start of the service that we required for renting out our property. following up on service to provide which is not seen with other real estate properties we have been with. very happy with the service indeed. so asCourtney Smith, at this real estate is very efficient in service to our property for rental purposes. keep us up to date on what's happening, as to what's the next step. we don't have to follow up on it which is lacking in other real estate agents services. very happy so far for the wonderful service they provide us.

It was our first investment property. So far great experience with O'Brien real estate ,Cranbourne. A great place to start with. Never felt any difficulties throughout the letting process. Our property managers were excellent . Special mention to Brooke Barnes, our property manager whenever we have some enquiries she responded promptly with clear explanations. Everything exceed our expectations.

Our experience with O'Brien Real Estate Cranbourne was nothing short of exceptional - Daniel, Andrew, Candice & Tiarni went above & beyond to help us buy our first home.They have been clear & communicative about the process, always responsive to our questions & requests, up front about what to expect & what is required & committed to an amazing level of attention to detail every step of the way.
