I manage my client's investment property as if it was my own.

Having lived and worked locally for the past 9 years, Mercedes has an extensive knowledge of the area and everything it has to offer. Prior to commencing her career in Real Estate, Mercedes worked in the customer service industry for 5 years. Mercedes began her career in Real Estate in 2016. Her mother was a director and Senior Property Manager during her childhood, so it’s something she grew to know and love on weekends and school holidays.

Mercedes has excellent time management skills and thrives in an ever changing, fast paced environment and will often go out of her way to do additional training and tasks so that she can always be an asset to those she works with. She prides herself on having excellent communication standards and aims to be proactive, instead of reactive, so that you know you’re always in the best of hands and can be confident that she is looking out for your best interests. Mercedes is a person who embraces change and will always be the first to jump at a new opportunity as she loves a challenge and is constantly trying to broaden her knowledge so that she can then educate those around her. She is a strong believer in “knowledge is power, but only if it’s shared, because an investment in knowledge always pays the best interest.”

 

In her free time, Mercedes enjoys keeping fit and staying active. She frequents the local lake for walks after work and loves practising yoga to stay at the top of her game both physically and mentally.
